Ups and Downs — It Will All Be Ok

A cursory view at the current state of the stock market or crypto markets would have you believing the sky is falling. While it certainly currently is (this is what markets do) these shitty times will pass.

Yesterday I was in a Twitter Space talking about life, relationships, and attracting what you want in the world and it got me thinking.

While in the space I said the following:

I may have been a glass of wine or two deep when I fired off this tweet but the sentiment stays. Life is not easy.

I think the most important lesson one can learn from the good and bad times is that what you’re feeling is normal. Almost assuredly someone at one point or another has felt the exact way you are currently feeling right now in whatever moment you’re having. There are plenty of ups and downs in life and you just have to be thankful and appreciative for the journey and what you have.
